Please note that all appointments will be charged for if less than 24 hour’s notice given. Consultations are strictly by appointment.
If you arrive very late we may not able to see you. An alternative appointment may be offered but this is up to the discretion of the practitioner.
All personal and clinical information will be treated confidentially. We will not communicate any personal or clinical details to a third party – including your GP –
unless we receive your authorisation.
All practitioners are governed by the rules and regulations of their professional bodies.
All treatments must be paid on the day of attendance. If we are claiming on your behalf from a private medical insurance or a third party, we must have all the necessary authorisation details on the day of attendance or prior to that.
