We do share non-identifiable data about our testing results with the reagent and instrument manufacturers for calibration and validation purposes and we give full information to Public Health England if legally required to by the government. We also share non-identifiable laboratory findings to aid in the further understanding of the spread of disease in our community. We do not share any identifiable details of any sort with any persons or institutions other than those you give us express permission to do so.
None of your personal information will be passed on to your doctor or any other third party, other than for those reasons set out above and below.

We will not share your Personal Information with third parties. All information about treatment and services remains confidential. We will only divulge your details only upon receiving prior written consent or if demanded by a legal authority. In addition, information gathering, storage and distribution is also governed by our professional bodies including The General Medical Counsel, The General Osteopathic Association and The Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and comply with GDPR regulations. We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
Your rights:
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
