Definition:

Discomfort and dysfunction related to degeneration, bulging, or herniation of the intervertebral discs in the neck. Characterised by local pain and stiffness with possible referred pain in the shoulder, arms and hands depending on which structures are affected. Do not perform any exercises until you consult with your osteopath.
