Personal Training

Ever wanted to train with a top athlete? Or in the process of rehabilitating after a sports injury? We work closely with a number of personal trainers whom we consider to be properly qualified and safe. We will work with them to ensure they will provide a carefully tailored exercise programme. Our trainers will use a variety of techniques and equipment suitable for your needs and goals. These may include weight training, plyometrics exercise, hurdle mobility exercises, circuit training, core strength training, sprint resistance training, etc. In addition, they will also provide you with nutritional and lifestyle advice to supplement your training.
